Add all the ingredients except bananas to a jar or small bowl, stir and put a lid on your container. Place in the fridge overnight.
Stir one more time before eating for the "pudding" to thicken. The chia seeds settle and need this final stirring to fully thicken the oat milk.
Slice up a banana, place some on top and enjoy!
Notes
Since I make my chia pudding before going to bed, I take it out the next morning, stir and then place it back in the fridge for another hour. I then slice up a banana, place some on top and eat!
